Cancellation Policy
Amar Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore established a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, cancellations will not be entertained if the orders have been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping, either ourselves or through appointed vendors/merchants/representatives.
- No cancellations are allowed for products that Amar Enterprises has offered special promotions on, such as for occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, specific examinations, etc. These limited-time offers are non-cancellable.
- If you receive damaged study materials or non-durable items like CDs & DVDs, please report it to our Customer Service team. Requests will be considered once the merchant has verified the issue. This should be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 24 hours. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Refund Policy
There is no refund policy, except in the case of duplicate payments made for the same item.
